Unable to login

Every time I attempt to play it stops and shows a log in error. "It's been a while since we seen you, so your login credentials have expired" bla bla bla. 

It also says there should be an email sent to me, there isn't! I logged in on my phone, changed the password, NOTHING. I used the ps4 web browser to change the password, NOTHING. I have owned this game for years and I've never had any issue. I've scrolled through all this "self help" NON OF IT WORKS.
