"Unable to save wrap at this time" - PS4

For months now I've been unable to save any paint or wraps. This is very annoying, especially considering that most of the standard colours of the cars are awful.
This issue did not occur at first but became present recently.

Is your console chronically short on hard drive space?

If not then I think you should contact us directly so we can see if there is account issue preventing you saving wraps.

Can you let us know if restoring licenses as follows helps with this: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/license.html
