The update probably hasn't been pushed back. There are 4 or 5 days left of BRR (final, thank goodness) season 17. Update not likely before then. Underground Rivals sounds ok so far. Also sounds sort of like a modified tournament. Still should be ok. Really enjoying playing BRR never again!
Firemonkeys confirmed a new Car Series called Four Leaf Clover Car Series will be added for Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio to be used, so I edited the OP to add that in.
