"Unknown" account linked to both my Steam and Google.

Hello! I'm writing here and on another Need for Speed forums because I got lost looking for the right place to type this in.

It happened when I was booting up Need for Speed (2015) on Steam. I was redirected to the EA app when I realized that my account was, for some reason, linked to another account I've never seen before? I have created an EA account before, but I've never used the email that was shown. Somehow, either my account was changed or someone swapped my email.

So I created another EA account. When I was linking it to my actual email address—the same "unknown" account was connected to my Google account.

At this point, I didn't really know if it's my old account or someone else's. Again, I had created an EA account before, but it was under my actual email address. The unknown email address had no trace around my device. I tried looking around my browsers and accounts if this email address was something I used before. Nothing. I tried checking if I could log in my older account. Nothing. My old account was gone. Either that or my account's email address was swapped. What to do now?
