Unlocked new volatile part, cannot find it

So... Im level 25 only

I got a level 3 heat race, finished it easily, and got back to garage, before I had time to read the new part notification it dissapeared and I looked through ALL inventories, and the store for Elite parts, nothing anywhere

Whare do I find it!?
