UNLOCKING PARTS FOR CAR MODIFICATIONS

I have unlocked all the parts for car customising but does anyone know why some cars still have parts locked??

For example on the Chevrolet Pick up I can’t open tires, and on a number of other cars i can’t change the window tints.

Can anyone advise????

    I knew about but forgot about the 55 Chevy with the stock wheels but some how i missed that fact you could put white walls on the C10. Well what do yo know , learn something new every day. Cool thanks ! :eahigh_file:

    Wish i could help you on the locked parts but still not sure what you are having issues with in regards though my friend . 🙂
