Update required, your save game was uploaded from a newer version of game !!!

What the hell is going on ?!

What the hell ?!

I can't play my game on my android device since yesterday !

I was on 1.0.48 and i see that EA Update the game on play store .

When i was trying to go to my Game , it said "Update required" ,

Then i've updated my game and game try to restore my save from cloud on v1.1.7 ,

But i'm getting the same Error !

What the hell is going on Guys ?!

What the hell !?

Why can't i play my game ?!

I'm on Latest EA update , but the game says your save game was uploaded from a newer version of game !

What Should i DO ?!

Please help me .

    Version 1.1.7 is the Latest Update ,

    What should i do !?

    This problem goes from EA Server Side !

    Don't you want to Solve this Problems ?!

    Should we Leave the game ?!

    First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
    Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts)and get back in the game!

    1) I am OK. No problems with the yesterday's update.

    This morning I had this same "full screen" message, saying "I must update the game from Google Play..."

    How I did it:

    1) Went to Google Play, Installed games menu; start manually update of the NFS NL game;

            NOTE: The update to 1.1.7 version is 823 MB big !!

    2) Went to Android Applications settings and cleared the Cash;

    3) Upon the first start I got the confirmation message if I want to refresh the Save game from the Cloud - I said YES.


    2) Now back to helping You:

     1. Please try to clear the Android's cash for NFS NL game application!
     2. Try to play the game again.
     3. If asked, choose to get yesterday's Cloud save.

    There have been reports of players who are unable to log into their Google Play account after updating from a previous version of the game.

    Please try the following the below steps to Disconnect the game and re-authorize.

    Hi dear friend ...

    Thanx for your help, but i think i should explain my problem more express .

    I try to clear cache & even data & even i've uninstalled the game & install it again ! but my problem is still there !

    when i've updated my game to 1.1.7 , the game said that you have a cloud save , so i try to restore my cloud save , not even my device save game , but game still give me this error !

    I tried everything you think, but i think it's from EA servers .

    I don't have any problem to sign in to my Google play Games acc , my problem is because of my save game that is on EA's Cloud Server !
