USB Handbrake

Hi, Im not sure of what the problem or issue with the compatibility of this usb handbrake I bought off of amazon is but for some reason it doesnt work and it changes the camera to a front facing camera view of the car. The handbrake I use currently works on dirt rally 2.0, forza horizon 4, and other racing games. I am also curious to see if anyone else might be having the same problem as me.
