how can i turn off vibration on xbox controller on pc ?

I don't understand why it's not standard.. I mean, they did it for 2015 because we whine for almost a yaer about it, so I was expecting they put the option in payback.. EA did you lose the note on the fridge? "don't forget to put 'toggle controller feedback' in the settings"
