Visual glitch with Rep Level

Product: Need for Speed Heat

Summarize your bug Ive leveled up rep level to 13 but when I get back into the garage it shows I'm level 10. Not sure entirely if it's a glitch, was told to report it.
What car were you using? BMW M3 88
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? Night time race
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the trial version of the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant access any parts that require level 11+
What do you expect to see? My correct level
