want permission for uploading and monetizing NFS most wanted 2005 videos

i want permission to upload the videos of nfs most wanted 2005 videos on you tube and monetize them......... what should i do to get permission.....

i read it but when i upload the video of nfs most wanted  2005 on you tube they ask for additional information.......    and they want information to monetize them also.....

now u tell me how can i monetize the videos........
