Updated drivers and problem still occurred. The only way to make it stop is to close the game 4-10 times and open and cross your fingers that it won't happen.

Reinstalling the game didn't work and it doesn't even work when I try opening the game a few times.

Is your video card overclocked at all?

You might try right clicking the game in origin and then Repair Game.

No, it's not overclocked.

And I tried repairing the game in Origin, but it didn't fix the glitch.

EDIT: It works again after closing and re-opening 3-5 times, but that's at most.

Can you try manually running the following files:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\D3D11Installer\D3D11Install.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe

Still happens. I did try to test it about 10 times where it did work, but it doesn't actually.

Is your video card nvidia or AMD? I want to give you the steps to perform a clean video driver install.
