Weird lighting/texture/colour glitch

Reset your GPU default settings via the NVIDIA control panel and check if this still happens, thanks.

@EA_Barry Ya I did, but it didn't change anything. It only happens in that spot and in that specific time of day. It doesn't happen anywhere else. This wasn't there with the original version of the game. I played the 10hr trial back in December, then this issue wasn't there. I am pretty sure the game version was older back then.
