Weird shadow glitch

Product: Need for Speed Heat

Summarize your bug For some reason other characters look a bit weird. They look way to dark and they look like shadowed. Even the cars are shadowed, dark. I just went into the garage after doing the penultimate race on the Race road story and that happend.
What car were you using? Chevrolet Corvette Grand sport K.S
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? penultimate race for racing story
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I did the penultimate race on the racing story and after that i went into the garage and put on the crews garage on and that happend. Also look at the video 2 where i show a car that looks shadowed but isnt actually shadowed.
What happens when the bug occurs? Well some characters will become dark and even the cars will become dark too aswell.
What do you expect to see? ?
