What exactly does a shipment contain?

So I've been tossing between getting the standard or deluxe version of NFS Payback and the big decider is what exactly does a shipment contain, please don't hate on me if it was in a previous game but...

I'm not 100% positive, but based off what I've heard it can contain car parts or car accessories.
