What is the max level you can take your abilities up to in overwatch

So on my overwatch profile I'm the max level of 50 and I want to just try and max out all of my abilities I have helicopter and roadblock still at 100% (don't know if they go higher than that) my Nos +/- at 80% my repair at 80% and damage at 15%, my ammo for +/- is all 4 boxes filled and jammed lasts 11seconds. I've looked everywhere else online and it isn't posted anywhere if someone can anwser this or post a link to answer this I would appreciate it thank you.

    Jammer goes to 15 seconds, all the others i have the same levels. Cause i'm damaging cars for a week and no more than 15%.

    Nitrous +100
    Nitrous -100
    Repair +100
    Repair -25
    still trying to see if Repair - will go higher

    havn't personally increased Jammer but others have gotten it to 15s

    Havn't seen anyone increase choppers or roadblocks

    @siridas: Repair - doesn't go any higher than -25%. The jammer lasts for 15s at most, indeed.
