What is the purpose of Cop SP? Is there a NFS Rivals Forum anywhere?

There doesn't seem to be any purpose of Cop SP. I purchased the Timesaver pack so maybe that makes SP useless. But I don't remember being able to buy anything with Cop SP. Also, I've been serching f...

As a cop you can use SP to purchase weapons from "Pursuit Tech" section. Nothing more.
