When is an update soon coming to Need For Speed?

I just want to know when an update is soon coming out to fix what I believe is an issue, which is single player option not being on the home screen. I know that the single player option is in the game settings when you start playing but not on the starting screen. If you do require an online subscription to play Need For Speed then that is a bummer since I do not want to update my subscription since I don't play online anymore but just single player games.
