When is something going to happen with NFS Heat

When is something going to happen with NFS Heat, after spending as much as I did for the game then completing it within 2weeks, now it’s a new year the game is now worthless in the stores & still not...

This game is a C-A-S-H  G-R-A-B. 

We the players took the bait and bought in to the game that might've been, and what we got in return was an unfinished, unbalanced product.  There's really nothing more to it than that.
