Why cant i buy the koenigsegg regera

I just got done getting enough ingame money to get the koenigsegg  regera and when i went to buy it it said that the purchase was failed and i tried a couple times it kept saying that it failed to purchase, so i restarted the game and i saw that it took my money and i still dont have the car, idk whats going on, but i would like the car and my ingame money back.
