Why can't you put rims on the Ferrari in need for speed 2015

I was really crush when I firs had bought the Ferrari 458 and noticed I could not even put rims or change the color of the rims I was very disappointed and wish and hope need for speed changes this in...

    I belive that the problem lies with Ferrari they refuse any modifications to certain parts on their cars in order to be used, correct me if I am wrong but I think this is the reason
