Why is EA not listening to fans?

Yes thats correct, but I see taht nothing is changed. There are some problems which are solved but in my opinion thats not very much and not important problems.
And some problems I pointed out when the game was relased and that are problems which are realy not hard to prevent, but no answer and no solution till now.
In one thread I as usual user helped another player, and a EA MOD thanked me for. I sent him a pm and told him I have a long list with bugs and asked him if I can send it to him, or where it makes sense to send it ... no answer...
Sure not all bug from my list are first priority but thats bugs and when are they planning to solve it? When nobody is playing the game anymore?
Just look in the bug area and check by yurselfe which bugs are solved. Most of them arent!
That is what makes me desperatet, eaven if this bugs are not problems which make the game unplayable

This is a list of everything from the last patch https://www.ea.com/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-payback/news/nfs-payback-dec-patch-notes. The only real bug I have seen lately is the one where the tires show through the fenders of really low cars.
