Why is the description on the PREMIUM MODIFICATION UNLOCK package Different from the in game description

The title basically says it all. On the site, the Description is Get ahead in Fairhaven with a triple pack offer! This bundle contains 3 packs: Terminal Velocity, Movie Legends & NFS Heroes, as well...

That's because these are completely different DLCs.

First one is the Deluxe Bundle, which contains three DLCs (Heroes, Terminal Velocity, Movie Legends): http://www.needforspeed.com/most-wanted/deluxe-bundle

Second one is the Premium Modification Unlock DLC, which unlocks pro modifications in multiplayer and singleplayer.
