windowed vs full-screen

i run 5760x1080 (3 monitors) via two nvidia 1070  i can not get this or some other ea games to run full screen (including bf1) my system will crash (needs resetting) but in windowed mode its fine apart from the windowed it.

i tried so far

clean boot as per EA recommendation. 

disabled overlay.

repair.

reinstall.

set run as admin.

checked drivers for updates.

to even get to play windowed on first run of game/s i needed to manually edit the profile in game folder, using "-windowed" command never worked. once loaded i set to 1920x1080 windowed,it was ok tried turning windowed off still ok played ok.

went to play next day crashing on startup again ,back into profile file automatically been reset back to current full-screen (5760x1080). edited back to 1920x1080. was able to play.

went to play next day same thing happened. hence why it stays in windowed mode atm.

in windowed mode i can play in 5760x1080 but second  in full-screen pc needs rebooting.

starting to drive me mad anyone got any ideas ?
