Hi Andy
Been trying to access NFS no limits since the update, and much like many others, have had no luck.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times all with the same result.
This is more than a little frustrating because the game is excellent and I have spent money and time on it. All for nought as the new update has essentially killed the game.
Please don't kill the game. We love the game.

Problem remains out of the 5 installs three where downloading more than the required amount and all of them would finish but would freeze at install for even an hour before saying there was an error
I'm playing on Huawei p8 lite 2017
Pls fix this it's going for 3 weeks now

For anyone still getting this issue can you confirm the following:
- Device
- iOS or Android - which version as well
- What is happening when you try and load the game

- Open the app, the Firemonkey and EA logo appears. Then it becomes black all over. however the sound in the background is clear. just no visual.

After the 10th update that didn't work I deleted and installed the game from scratch and now everything works fine
Though I have a question
What about the ferrari pista? I actually started the event and completed one day before this whole issue? I had time and gold to finish it but now what? I have to w8 for like 4 months to come back? And second what about all that 3 weeks tuner trials, underground and daily missions rewards we all lost? Up till now it's like it didn't happen Is there any compensation planned?
