The wrap and paint feature will not load for me, ive sat there waiting long amounts of time to see if it would load but it never did. ive restarted the game and my pc, ive logged out and back into my account, repaired the game, etc. nothing seems to be working, how do i fix this?
DICE TeamHey, @emi2pro can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Need for Speed: HEAT and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

I literally have the same issue. I played NFS Heat during the free weekend. I had no issues with customizing my cars until I bought the game before the free weekend ended. After that, I have no access to the paint, wraps, and even the community wraps. I can't see other players' wraps, too. It's really a bummer.
mine does the exact same, i couldnt find anyone with this issue. such a struggle☹️
