Wraps and speed cards
Everytime I start the game my wraps for the cars are missing until I go to the garage and go to Paint and wraps then it comes back and I keep getting the same speed card and same perk . Just awhile ag...

The loading of wraps and details takes very long indeed since the last update. Regarding the speed card, i must say i have experienced something different. I happen to get more Stage 18 speedcards with 3 perks now. So i guess u just have been very unlucky.

- EA_AticHey @andrew221091 Try power cycling the console.
1. Turn off and unplug the PS4
2. Wait at least 30 seconds.
3. Plug in the Ps4 and/or turn it back on.
4. It should be working now! 🙂
If that don't work, try reinstalling the game.
