Xbox linked to an EA account that doesnt exist and never has?

I recently bought NFS Heat on xbox one, and upon opening the game it AUTOMATICALLY linked my xbox gamertag to an EA account under my microsoft email. My microsoft email is not the same as the email I use for my EA account. I tried to link my Xbox account to my actual EA account, but it says it is already connected to an EA account under the mail that is used for my MS account. The thing is I have NEVER created an EA acocunt using that mail. When I try to login via xbox it asks for a verification code, but the code never sends to the MS email. The page even says that it will send to that email, but nothing ever pops up, not even when I press resend. So I cant login to the EA account which was automatically created, and I cant link my current EA account to my xbox account because it is linked to an EA account which im not even sure exists because I did not do this, and the verification code litterally refuses to send.

Edit: I fixed it after talking with support for about 3 hours, my XBOX account is now connected to my real account.
