@TheN00bIsPlaying A lot of this I strongly agree with, there are only a few adjustments that I would make, first one being the speedbreakers; i'm not too sure how well these would work because they have always been too comical and silly to me, but I suppose something less extreme like you said, some large signs/billboards and scaffolding would work well. The other comment I want to make is the auto repair; this should not apply to night time events because it defeats the whole purpose of using repairs wisely and becomes too much of a cheat, players would simply start the nearest race and immediately quit it just to fix their car for free.
Aside from these adjustments, I really like everything that you included! Would certainly love to see all of these additions be implemented

Perhaps a different way can be added. I guess it's everyone's responsibility to ensure that their car is repaired before the race.
I was thinking of the Gas Stations... Only count the 3 free repairs during a cop chase (whether during or outside of races). Outside of the actual cop chases, all repairs should be unlimited.
Also it might be a good idea to have those 3 repairs and any extra repairs would cost money.
Something like $5000 for each 10% of missing HP (approximated by nearest higher percentage - if car is 45% damaged, the repairs would cost as if they were done for a 50% damage).
At the same time, after all 3 free repairs are used, there will be a 2 minute cooldown on that gas station.
What do you think?- @TheN00bIsPlaying TBH I think they should throw health bar away.Driver San Francisco had health bar in free roam because player can choose any car on the road and in the shop to drive,so player never face a sudden end to driving.Such thing isn't in Heat.The health bar is just a instant end of driving in free roam mode.
