Your game data is corrupt (PS3)

Yesterday, I was playing on Need for Speed Most Wanted for about  2 upto 5 hours non-stop on the PS3. After I finish a event, it didn't say anything but just crashes. The game has crashed before, but it didn't corrupt my data but this crash has ruined everything for me. If there's a way to restore the data, please help me because I am going to start buying my Need for Speed games on Steam until I get Most Wanted restored. I've lost everything and I am devistated.

I know that this has happened to many other people before, but I've never been so upset with the Need for Speed Franchise, especially when my game data gets corrupted then I get really upset. Please help me, thanks for your help EA.
