Your page for contacting an EA Advisor by mail is not working

    Hi @Torpezno Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with our help site, to confirm can we try to clear your browser's cookies and cache and then check if you are still unable to create a case?

    If you would prefer you can also let us know what your main issue is and we can provide any available information if possible, if not you can find the different ways to reach out to a support agent below.

    Hi @EA_Illium ,

    Thanks for your answer, the walkaround works. Maybe someone from EA should take a look at that page, in my honest opinion the link should work without the need of those actions from users. By the way, I would accept right now your answer as solution, but it seems someone has already done it in my name.... 🤔

    About my main issue, it is about your NFS 2015 servers shutting down for maintenance very frequently. This issue is well known by all EA customers playing that nice game. We are not a lot, but we like the game 🙂 The issue is affecting us for more than one year. It happens everyday since then.

    Last information I received from Customer Experience on August 22nd was: "As we've informed you in previous email we have been receiving similar kind of contacts from other players as well. Our developers are working hard to fix the problem in timely manner. We request some time to get the issue fixed"

    I guess you probably know about the topic or can ask some colleague, so any available information you could provide would be really appreciated.

    This does not work for me.  Primary issue, "greyed out button" remains unfixed on website.  Are there ANY plans to fix this; the only method for paying customers to communicate with EA support?  If so, what is the expected timeline?
