Unable to connect need for speed unbound-PC

Hace unas semanas reporte que no podía jugar unbound online ya que me daba el error de unable to connect, ayer seguí los pasos que me dieron y conseguí jugar online, pero hoy decidí jugar de nuevo online y me da de nuevo el error como de costumbre hace tiempo, dos errores de conexión en una pantalla de carga, alguna solución definitiva para esto?

    @xXProplayer Hello, I had the connection problem that could not be resolved, I solved the connection problem, the way to fix it is "enter the game folder, delete the saved game, put offline mode, or offline mode, either on Steam or in the app, start a game and when it says "you are going to start a game offline, your previous data will be lost" or "without connection you do not have access to all the features" press continue and start offline from scratch, the problem is the file is corrupted and the app does not recognize it and if you write everything, the file is saved in a separate folder and is downloaded with the error
