I replied on twitter, but I have no idea if that feedback was recorded since my account is private. So I guess I'll just reply here:
The catch up packs are extremely confusing. And I've played the game for 500 hours.
I want the exclusive cars from the pass, and don't care about anything else, and I don't know what I need to purchase to get these cars.
I love the game, but I don't want to support buying a battle pass just to get a single car and a bunch of cosmetics I don't care about. Although I love the cartoon/ cel-shaded effects from the original game. I'm sad you seem to have moved on from this.
How about having both cars unlockable in the free pass, and keeping the more "realistic" effects for the pass.
As someone who exclusively plays linkups, I don't care about titles or poses. I just want fun cars!
Hell, if Criterion offers matchmaking for linkups, I'll pay for every battlepass that comes out.
