Add ECU Remapping and Gear ratio changing and no speed limit like FH5

Hello @a1one_nfs,

While these are definitely great ideas, it's difficult to accept changes like this so late in the game's lifecycle. Unfortunately, it's challenging to embrace such adjustments in NFS Unbound at this stage.
