As the title says, i cant continue playing as it still says im on a trial but the game got added to EA Play now.

I had this problem as well and purchased Unbound through EA for $20 instead of through Steam (Probably should have just purchased on Steam) Steam was still showing I had like an hour left of play time on the trial. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still showed as the trial version.
What I think is what fixed it was.... through Steam, I went into EA Play and found NFS Unbound and was able to "Add to Library". From that point, the time left on the trial from Steam went away and it doesn't show trial anymore when the game is launched. Definitely seems to be a little buggy on EAs part, but that's just expected from them at this point.
