AFK farming money

Almost every single time when I playing there is at least one person who is afk farming money.

Many times even few mins ago I was racing one person, and as expected he-she didn't even moved a  meter, still received only 5k less money them me ,Is that a good thing? Well I don't think so , afk person shouldn't received any money from racing, like I'm trying my best to win and that person isn't even moving, sure its easy win, but is it fair when I  need to drive when he-she can just stay and sill received similar amount of money? In my opinion Ea should do something about that, best solution u are afk , u are not getting any money.
