After 32 Hours my save file is gone.. (Steam)

As the title says after 32 hours later my save file has gone for some unkown reason and im not sure what to do exactly.

I was playing the game today when i still had my save with all the cars and characters both in career and multiplayer but, since i've quit the game the normal way due to i wanted to play anoher game (Note: i usually quit most of the games by pressing Alt+F4) after when tried to log back in to unbound recently, it came up with all the options when you first boot up the game. 

if anyone got a solution for this that would be much appriciated.
