hey i want to just ask that please bring back the Heat style like handling if EA/Criterion is working on the next need for speed installment, im not satisfied with the in game tuning while in free roam or in the garage because it's just difficult even when you try to tune your vehicle to handle a lot better on those narrow turns and it is frustrating.
For better narrow turns I recommend doing a 35-40% drift build for racing and use Burst Nos to corner
Heat's handling was okay but it was terribly flawed depending on the cars, like the DB11, Evo X, Cayman, E92, etc. so I'm not particularly fondf of Heat's handling myself, it was too stiff.
Yeah I agree with OP, Heat handling is peak NFS post 2015. If they bring back the Heat style handling, they should also buff the vast majority of the car list in terms of handling since in Heat it felt like only 30 or so cars handled/turned well, and the heavier cars were basically undriveable
I think Unbound's difficult handling is probably what turns people off the game the most, not the effects. It just takes too much skill and knowledge to be good with Unbounds handling, and most people don't have the time or patience for it, and it just isn't as fun as the old drift style handling, at least IMO
