Bugged graphics

Hey, so i've been having this issue with the graphics on the game where it's bugged like this and i wanna know if anyone has a solution for this problem

  • @GodOkica,

I will provide you with a refined list of steps, if they do not work there is nothing much more I can recommend (maybe reinstalling Windows).

    1. Update Graphics Drivers

Outdated graphics drivers can often cause graphical glitches. Make sure your drivers are up to date:

    • For NVIDIA: Go to NVIDIA's website and download the latest drivers for your GPU.
    • For AMD: Go to AMD's website to download the latest drivers for your GPU.

    2. Verify Game Files (Steam / EA App)

Sometimes the game files may be corrupted, which could lead to graphical issues.

    • Steam: Right-click the game in your library > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.
    • EA App: Go to "My Collection," right-click on the game, and select "Repair."

    3. Adjust Graphics Settings

    • Lowering the in-game graphics settings can sometimes fix graphical glitches.
    • Go to Graphics Settings in the game and try turning down some settings like Anti-aliasing, Shadows, or Texture Quality.
    • Try disabling V-Sync if it’s enabled, as sometimes it can cause graphical issues.

    4. Disable Overlays

Overlays from programs like Discord, GeForce Experience, or Steam can sometimes cause graphical problems.

    • Try disabling any overlays and see if that resolves the issue.

    5. Change Graphics API (DX11 vs DX12)

Some players have reported that switching between DirectX versions can help.

    • In the game settings, check if you can toggle between DX11 and DX12. Try switching and see if that helps with the bugs.

    6. Adjust the Resolution

Sometimes the resolution or aspect ratio settings can cause visual issues.

    • Try setting the resolution to 1080p (if you're playing at a higher one) or matching your monitor’s native resolution.

    7. Reinstall the Game

If none of the above solutions work, try reinstalling the game. This can fix corrupt or missing files that might be causing the issue.

      8. Check for Known Bugs / Patches

Occasionally, a specific bug may be widespread, and there may be a patch available for it. Check the EA Forums or Reddit for any discussions on similar issues and see if a patch or workaround is available.

    I hope something works.

    Best regards,

  • Hello @GodOkica,

You should try reinstalling your game and updating your CPU and GPU drivers. This should do the trick.

  • Hi again @danisoff, i have tried both those solutions but i'm still in the same boat as the graphics remain bugged.

    @GodOkica,

Is this issue only present inside of the main menu? Are you having any other graphic glitches while playing the game?

    Best regards,
