Can I upgrade a car over the required level?

Hi I just started playing and the first qualifier is coming up, where I'll need a car of level A. Now I'm wondering: is there a risk that I upgrade my car "too much"? i.e. could it happen that I up...

    You have to be careful when tuning yourself and tune the cars exactly to the limit of the respective class.

If I go above the limit, could I downgrade again? And will I keep access to the previously equipped part, or would I need to buy it a second time?

    You can tune the cars up or down as you like, only this part stays with that car and you don't have to buy it again. But you're still learning that, what do you think, how many millions of money we've already spent on tuning just to get a good car. drive, collect money and learn to tune.
