Yup, I have posted in multiple threads about how difficult this game is on EASY.
I am a veteran of racers (NFS, Horizon, Forza, etc) and no newb.....but damn, you make ONE mistake, even on easy, say hello to 5th-7th place.
You should NOT have to race a PERFECT race on EASY to win....it should be, well.....easy......lol.
@Xaegoth glad it’s not just me. Same here I come from Forza as well. Which is even more frustrating, because that game is harder. Relax is the last thing you can do playing on “relaxing”
@Xaegoth I’ve literary gone through 9 restarts for one race & I have Skill. How can that be acceptable for someone who’s never played a racing game before ? I truly Believe they made a mistake with the difficulty and it has to be adjusted
Agree on that...
One crash into a car is an ultimate loss or barely 1st.
Also, relaxing difficulty is not so relaxing.
The cops in free roam always have a freaking parade... Can`t get to one single event without doing a circle around an entire district to get there.
Chopper in when not in a chase is also a pain.
- @Luka0101998 Hahahaa, yeah, the cops are just too much. Play 2/3 races, your heat flies through the roof and the next moment you hit the street, the cops are EVERYWHERE xD And if you get in a pursuit, it takes FOREVER to lose them (if you get that lucky break) and then you are miles and miles away from where you were originally set off to....
Race wise too. Scr3w having max boost and a full burst bar. The AI will easilly match your speed, if not still drive away from. Even while before using your boost, you were matching the AI in speed or overtaking them xD - @Luka0101998 This is FACTS! Heat level 4 and 5 SLAPS, and not always in the way you want it to. I'm starting to feel like heat levels 4 and 5 should have a cooldown after you evade them and it goes back to heat 3. Cruising around is a no-go.

one checkpoint missed or one crash and you're out to the bottom- @m1k3ol Yeah, but the difference is that the multiplayer es equivalent to challenging in difficulty or more, shouldn't be the same in easy of story mode xd
Oh, I'm not justifying it, just noting MP is as nonsensical regarding that, hahaha
There's little to no way to make a comeback after a crash or wrong turn
Deleted my save came and tried again on challenging. Other the Car being damaged out sooner, I could see no difference in how the racer AI functions between relaxing and challenging. Have get car close to max of tier to have any sort of chance, and the littlest mistake means you won't take 1st.
Well, first update is coming out the 12th and nothing about adjusting difficulty.
I tried 3 more times the other day and only made the final race once and came in last, like always.
Oh well, I will continue to hold out a small glimmer of hope they listen to us while the game gathers dust....
