Dlc content removed

Question

randomly had dlc rims, body parts removed from my cars in story mode and when i try equip them back again it says item locked as if i never bought/had it in the first place. nothing is working i can’t even buy cars anymore it says purchase failed and the EA website is not helping at all , i can’t contact any advisor it only puts me in an infinite loop with an ai chat bot (xbox series x)

Try reinstalling your game and double-check that you have paid for the DLC. If the DLC is still missing, then you should talk with EA support.

ive contacted ea about it and they are unable to solve my issue&nbsp;

Try starting a new chat with a different support agent. Nobody can assist you with the mentioned issue on the EA forums.
