@MilanProdanov22I was having doubts about it too, but if you look on the main store page for Need For Speed Unbound, scroll down to the chart that shows what's in each edition, there's a section about Ultimate Collection, it lists those cars.

Go down to the bit under Recent Events & Announcements and Reviews which says "Read More", click that, the top three images in the "Ultimate Collection" image include those "missing" DLC cars, because they're in the Premium Speed Pass Vol. that (now) includes the Premium Pass content instead of it's "Dynamic" thing.
