Driving Effects ON/OFF ???

@ANDIxHRPersonally after seeing them live on my screen i like them.
And I'm "LvL"39 this year ^^
But since they said you could turn them off it would be a bit odd if not.
@x_Ak1504_x Yeah they said you could turn them off but there is no Option for it. I checked everything multiple times.
Found on reddit:
"You can choose the "cloaked" effect set from the Tags menu (where you choose the colour of your smoke and effects and all that) to get rid of most of the effects, if that's more your speed."
