Error Message dr1002

I cant connect on my PS5. When I go to online lobby it never passes the loading screen.  Trying to get the DeLorean. It should either be available another way given as many issues. Can you help me get online? 

I never have been able to connect to online mode on PS5. I even bought an EA membership for this game. I need help getting this fixed! 

also , what is that additional information that EA is so desperately looking for that we have to be disconnected , maybe start with that and explain it to us , if you even know 

you know this is exactly the problem with you guys , I was fine for 3 years in the game , and last week I got the same error , nothing changed , just one day out of nowhere this error showed up , and this guy above posted his 8 months ago , so you see your **bleep**ty product is developing problems that go around the community as a virus , and instead of looking into it to fix it you guys tell us basic **bleep** that we already tried a million times , because lets be honest , now a days you people are not there because of your skills , so even if you wanted to fix it you can`t , that is why we get wise advice like "update your driver" , thanks genius
