I paid for the monthly subscription of nfs payback. Downloaded successfully but does not launch on laptop. Whenever I try to launch, it refers me to the EA web page. I have deleted it, repaired it and downloaded again to no avail. Seriously considering cancelling my subscription. What can I do?

I'm sorry, it's the same **bleep**ty game. Yesterday there was no problem, today it just crashes with EA app.
The game literally threw me to the desktop in the middle of the race and I couldn't even get in.
The game works flawlessly on the other computer, but on the PC that I always use actively, it kicked me out with an "unknown error" message while racing and I could not log in again. Only the EA app screen comes and goes. Great job, congratulations.
I couldn't figure out how I spent 3000 hours in this game. It's just a simple racing game. It doesn't open after forty checks. As if we're expecting a medal. We've been disgraced for 3 years with our money.
