Final Thoughts on Unbound
I will start with saying that I play the game since day one , put 4000 hours in it , and in no way I mean to hurt the feeling of the developing team , however this will be a well deserved criticism of them , we will talk about why this game failed , I could list many popular complaints here , but I will not waste anyone time with it , you all know those , I will focus on one thing and one thing only , and that is the player , to be more accurate , the modern player , this developing team worked hard to create a new game for the fans of this franchise , which is a car racing game , they innovated with the boost system , the system them rewards your cornering , cornering that takes skills , they created two ways to do it so everyone can find their favorite style of driving , and what do modern players do , they destroy it , they abuse the system in straights to load the boost , and just boost in every turn instead of taking them with skills , and that is why this game failed , I personally brought around 150 players to the game from other racing game communities , they all quit right after they realized that waving system abuse , because they do not want to not drive in a driving game , and this is where the team comes back in the picture , we begged for you to fix it , we even gave you ideas how , like when we told you to make the boost zones in the turns only , kind of like a DRS zone in F1 , nothing happened , so I hope the next time will be better , because this is not working for anyone , driving fans are not happy , and you made probably millions less for pleasing a very tiny layer of gamers , gamers who are not respected whatsoever , the one car pony crowd , so again , good luck next time , if there is a next time , that is how bad this one turned out
