How to start new game on NFS Unbound

I just finished game and I'd like to start a new game using diffrent cars and on intense difficulty, but I don't see any option for that in the menus.

@Day_404 Deleting your save game file is always a option other than that🤷‍♂️ I Havnt got that far yet
