I lost my progress on ea app
I lost my progress on multiplayer and history, there is no cloud save in the ea app? I have 42 hours in multiplayer, i wouldnt like to waste them Can someone help me please

Can you check your documents folder to see if there is still a save file?
If so, it's possible the save was corrupted. If that is the case we can try the following to help prevent this in the future.
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
