Loss of crew stash data

My Google account is tied to the game, and I'm logged in on my phone or google play, so why does it still prompt me to log in to my game account after updating the game? Also, I was in a convoy before the update, and after the update the convoys disappeared, and well the payouts from the convoy quests were zeroed out as well. Why are you guys having so many problems lately
